Yesterday afternoon, the KOE announced the starting lists of the open category championship that will be hosted by OAKA from October 15 to 17. Among them are members of the National team that in June secured a historic Olympic qualification for the country as it was the first, after 2004, to get a ticket to the Olympic Games in the team program.

In the solo program will compete Evangelia Platanioti who in the European Championship in Budapest won silver in the technical and bronze in the freestyle. Maria-Elli Alzigouzi-Kominea, Eleni Fragaki and Krystalenia Gialama will also compete in both. Penelope Karamesiou and Georgia Vassilopoulou will present their routine only to the coach. Danae Kariori will compete in the free team with ANOM. One of the oldest members of the National Team, Evelina Papazoglou, will be absent due to an operation she performed a few days ago.

For all the above athletes who due to coronavirus cases did not manage to compete in the Japanese capital, the championship will logically be the last race before the end of the season and set their sights on the big events of 2022.
The youngest athletes will be Ismini-Maria Karavasili and Myrto Maganaraki who will compete in the solo category and is only 12 years old.
Below you will find in detail the participations and the program of the games:
