The Indian Wells women’s tournament has reached the quarter-finals with the favorites eliminated and Ons Zamber showing that she is currently the most dominant for the title.

Barbora Krejicova (Czech Republic, No. 5) was the last one left on the board from the top10. Pola Badosa (Spain, No27) however made the surprise and with excellent tennis, eliminated the winner of Roland Garros prevailing 2-0 (6-1, 7-5). Earlier, Jelena Ostapenko (Latvia, No. 29) beat Iga Sviotek (Poland, No. 4) 2-0 (6-4, 6-3) to leave her out of the quarterfinals. Elina Svitolina (Ukraine, No. 7) was also eliminated in the 4th round, losing to Jessica Pegula (USA, No. 24) also 2-0 (6-1, 6-1).
Ons Zamber (Tunisia, No14) shows unstoppable, easily beating Ana Kalinskaya (Russia, No93) 2-0 (6-2, 6-2). Zamber is writing history as with its qualification to the quarterfinals and the combination of the other results, Monday will definitely be in the Top 10 (No. 10) and will be the first Tunisia to do so.
